The Step2 Company, LLC located in Streetsboro, OH, fosters learning and development through creative play in children from toddler to school age years.
Step2 is the largest American manufacturer of preschool and toddler toys and the world's largest rotational molder of plastics. It’s our mission to be the leading innovator of children's products that build imaginations and enrich the family's celebration of childhood.
Step2 and Step2.com proudly employs moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles and everyone in between right here in Ohio to create, market, and service products that bring family together. We boast two large US manufacturing plants in northern Ohio, one in Streetsboro and one in Perrysville. Step2 products are distributed to select retailers throughout the US, Canada, and over 70 other countries.
History
Step2 began operations in 1991 with five employees and has grown to its present 800+ full-time employees.
The concept of Step2 Direct began in 1999 as an online website for the fulfillment of daycare orders. Step2.com has since evolved into a direct to consumer ecommerce website, servicing the 48 contiguous US states and DC.
Step2.com Fulfillment
When you place an order through Step2.com, you are making a purchase from Step2 Direct, which allows us to bring Step2 manufactured products directly to the end consumer with the convenience of ordering from and delivering to your home or office at a fair price with fair shipping.
When your order is placed, we send it to The Step2 Company warehouse (just a few steps from our office) for processing and fulfillment. We utilize FedEx as our main delivery provider along with several trucking companies for our products that are large and bulky.
